I spent the weekend in the hot desert with my best friend. We went to Coachella and saw some real festival fashion, and got inspired for summer! This outfit gets me really excited for the sunny days to come. I paired my fav cutoffs, floral cap, and green sneaks together - ready for a day of summer fun.

Fashion, like any other art form is a form of expression. That’s why I love it so much. You can wear something to represent how you feel or dress to try and feel a certain way. For this outfit I was feeling a bit playful and attempted to visualize that by making a dress casual. I have more dresses in my closet than anything and I’ve found I can wear them for many different occasions if I pair them with the right shoes. I think my Airwalk sneakers helped me accomplish my playful feeling for this feature! Thanks Airwalk!

My favorite color combination has always been and will forever be black, white, and red. Even though that’s my favorite combo, any pop of color with black and white is always a good idea! I think that whatever you do.. match your shoes. With this outfit, I chose to wear my red sneakers and I like to make sure to pull my pop of color at least in one more place. I usually do it with some lipstick, but this time, I decided to add a hairbow that way the red is balanced within the outfit! :)
It’s the weekend, time for an adventure!
The sun is out and the time has come. Put on your favorite sneakers, run outside and make today the best day of your life.
I embraced my day by dusting off my longboard and cruising down some hills in my neighborhood. It felt awesome.
So whether you’re a skater, runner, hopscotcher, bubble blower or straight up lollygagger, there’s a pair of Airwalks to support you and your sunny day ventures.
Lace up. Go outside.
Hooray for sunny days, cut off shorts and cute shoes!
Sometimes it’s fun to make a statement with just your shoes. These patterned lip sneaks are the perfect pair to do just that. The key to making an outfit with patterned shoes is to keep the rest of the outfit very simple. If the pattern has a lot of colors, choose one of the colors and pair it with a neutral. I chose to pull the pink out and pair it with white shorts. By doing this, the main focus will be your shoes, and you won’t overwhelm anyone with a ton a color.
